Ford 2007 cown vic got over heated A/C is not working for the least 2 weeks, blowing hot air, fan is not working, what to do and how much is going to cost me to fix it ?

Incredible. The most common failure on the 4.6L Police interceptor is probably the Engine Cooling Fan. It's and entire assembly: fan, shroud and motor. I recommend replacing the control (silver box with wires attached to the fan) as well. Approximately $300.
