2000 ford expedition problem

I would check the alternator output for over charging. Probably time for a new battery.

Ok great I'm going to check that I do know alternator belt squeaks also would the security system have anything to do with draining battery I got a feeling dealer pulled a quick one on me I just bought it yesterday and drove it a half hour home but on my way I could smell that egg smell then today the battery was smoking the battery did have alot of corrosion on terminals so either way now I need a new battery then i should have alternator checked right away or should i give it a day or so

I would press them to take care of the problems but this was probably an as is sale. I would take care of the charging system problems first and see if that stops the other issues.

Ok so now I'm tired of this truck I put in new alternator and battery today drove it up the street and the steering got tight then I heard banging then so I made it into parking lot where truck stopped moving looked under and the drive shaft is broke and the rear leaf spring support is broke on both side can this dealership be held responsible they told me I can get a new car but I would have to return truck how it don't move and they don't wanna pay for tow so is their anything I can do to get get this truck to drive back to dealership
