What will the Sync System do for me without the navigation system
In all available data I've seen the Sync and Navigation are described together. I need a description of each with their unique features.
The Ford Sync system allows you to hook up your phone via bluetooth and an iPod via usb and control them with your voice. You can tell Sync to call a friend and the call will be on your speaker system without the need to hold your phone. If your iPod is hooked up you can also tell Sync to play an artist, song, playlist, genre, etc. The Navigation system simply adds the navigational features - maps, POIs, etc. Sync should allow you to control navigation features handsfree too.
