Do you have a 4.0 V6. If it is a V6 from another 2003 it should work.

The E & K engines were produced from 2002 until 2007, I think. It should be a 4.0 SOHC.

Yes, it will fit. Now the question. How much mileage, how much do they want, and how much does the mechanic want to install it. You can have a remanufactured engine for that vehicle installed for about 3500 bucks.
