Then there is a problem with the wiper arm itself. May need new wiper arms. Stop at like Auto Zone or a parts store, they always put on wiper blades on for customers, have them look at it.

Either the wiper arm is bent or a portion of the wiper blade which touches the glass is missing. Check both.
