Thats kind of a more advanced thing to do. If you have never had experience doing this i wouldn't recommend it.
all you have to do is on the crank gear is a dot like this . on the gear have it pointed straight up,on the cams same thing,almost, set the left cam dot at 4 oclock position right cam at 8 oclock position put chain on ,just make sure the cams dont turn on you while installing chain.,this is in the 0 BTDC position after putting it all back together start and use a timeing light to set timeing to factory spects.but as other poster said,if you have never done this,have a mechanic do it.
