my F150 wont start and I don't know what else to do
so this truck was running but ruff when in gear it seems to run better at high
end of the gear but anyways I parked for a couple of days and and now all it
does is turn over. So I started with fuel and changed the fuel filter then bled
the fuel system from top of fuel rail but it still did the same thing turn over
that's it so I wanted to see if I could get the truck to fire so I tried starting fluid
and it fired but not like you think it would.
What year? Any codes? Fuel pressure reading?

2002 so yes it will have live data and code capabilities. You may also want to check for injector pulse as it runs with starter fluid but not without. If no injector pulse then check for blown injector fuse then for trigger signal from ECM. If no trigger signal then crank and cam sensors and wiring for both.
