What could make the front end shake?

We had the front rotors cut, new brakes, new abs senors put on and the front end still shakes.  What's up?

"mud in the tires"....some contaminant has latched itself onto the wheel where you cannot see it and thrown it off balance...otherwise one of the balancing weights has fallen off~

Bent Rim, Bad Tire, Output shaft's ( four wheel drive only ).

I forgot to mention the "Death Wobble" presented on F-250 Super Duty Trucks. Lots of theories out there - mostly under inflated tires - Look up "Death Wobble-Ford" on YouTube. Some examples and some attempts at fixing it. It's a design flaw.
