noise coming from front right wheel ?? I jacked car up,no wiggle in the wheel & took tire off & plate part of wheel hub has two broken torx heads ?? idea of where noise is coming from

there is a round steel rim bolted to wheel hub that has two torx heads broken
off ??? tried to wiggle anything but nothing moved. any body have any ideas.

would those things be wheel spacers coming off of the rotor? Also probably your breaks making the noise.

Cause there are 2 torx screws that hold the rotor in position when assembling. These two screws are for convenience more than anything, there not needed.
