How do I install a handsfree car kit into a MY08 Subaru Impreza RS?

I'm after details of any existing factory wiring for:
* voice input into the stereo
* constant power, switched power, and ground

If wiring exists from the factory, where is it located, and are there any tips for installing a generic handsfree mobile telephone kit?

you can get a parrot blutooth hands free unit. i think they range from 100 to 300 depending on model. they're available at circuit city. they can be hooked up with a seperate speaker or be intergraded with the factory speakers.
