You probably should flush the cooling system. Try using a Prestone back wash kit. There is an additive called Water Wetter than will help reduce operating temperature. Are your head gaskets in good shape or are they leaking?
Did you replace the water pump with an aftermarket or genuine Subaru replacement ??
