I would not be overly concerned about that. I replaced mine with an aftermarket pump and it ran cool.
If your radiator is in bad shape I would replace it. They don't cost much.
Well, your car, your decision..... I've been told and heard from many different sources, a genuine Subaru water pump circulates more than the aftermarket parts, especially the cheaper ones. If you skimp on critical parts, it's at your peril.
