The car comes with 2 keys. One is a valet key which will not unlock the dash or the trunk lever. The other type key will unlock everything. Sounds like you have a valet key.
What's a valet key? Don't have the key just the lock with keyhole on the floor
the lever that opens the trunk(on the floor ,left side of drivers seat) , is there a separate key for this function.......my ignition key does not unlock the lever.
