I have a 2001 Spyder Eclipse. I noticed the brights were not as bright as the regular lights. So I had the stock lamps replaced and the same thing is going on. Any ideas?

If bulbs are placed correctly,it may be you have a bad dimmer switch,but some thing sounds backwards.check your bulbs,
