Yes if its a Honda HSV. But that's a different class all together and the car's not available for sale anyway.

Depends on who has the deepest pockets. I've seen hondas hit the low tens at atco raceway and have seen evos in the high thirteens. Driver skill makes a difference too. If your talking stock? Than most likely no. Even if they had the s2000 doesn't mean it will kick an evo or sti for that matter. It all will come down to the project at hand.
