2007 vs 2009 Mini Cooper

Hi,

I'm currently in the process of buying a mini but deciding between a 2007 or
2009 one. The 2007 is obviously selling at a cheaper price and I was
wondering are there any difference between the year models and is it worth
buying the 2009 one?

Why does my mini 2007 have problems starting up when left over night and started pinking.
