Seen your other post. The ignition control module on the 2.8 v-6 is attached to the coil pack "rack". It is mounted under the coil packs. The coil assembly is on the front of the motor below the exhaust manifold. I have/had many of these motors and have never had a ICM failure, but it could happen. The GM TBI motors are bad. What does the motor do or sound like when it dies.
