my panel is saying " charger parked' What does this mean?

There is a thread about that on the Pontiac G6 owners forum: http://www.g6ownersclub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2902 I looked at that and other websites and they all lead back to the CD player, and have you disconnected your battery or had your CD player out or disconnected? Some of the posts are saying it should read 'CHANGER Parked'.. take another look and see if you accidentally misread it, then again there are guys insisting it does say "Charger Parked? and is a glitch in the message, but still everything leads to the CD player.

Take the battery post off and let CD player reset......YOUR CD PLAYER IS THE BRAIN OF THE CAR.....put post back on the mrssage should be gone and your car will start

2007 g-6 charger park shows up when I crank car , bought new battery starts up same day about 3 hours later wouldn’t start waited about 5 minutes then the car starts

once you try all that go get it check out by your nearest auto parts store

We had a key made off the original and it would not start the car and we got the charger parked code but when using the original key with a chip it starts right up
