I bought my Grand Prix GT 2dr 3.8L with 55k now has 242k. Am looking at another one same year same color only with leather, sunroof, tinted windows, & 99k for $6500 vs having to look into a new vehicle with a higher payment & insurance rate. Also looking into Can Am Spyders.

Hi. I just bought a 2002 GTP, 2 door coupe, supercharged with 104,000 miles on it. I bought it from a dealer but the motor runs with a knocks,it will need repair or replace. It is the 40th anniversary special edition, has the leather interior, moonroof, the works. Color burgundy inside and outside. Will sell as is for $2,500.00. If interested e-mail me at dtirad52@hotmail.com or text me at (941) 628-4203. My name is Dennis and I'm located in the Fort Myers/Sarasota area of Florida.
Dennis-dtirad: I would think a rebuilt motor would cost about $1200, so all in all it shouldn't be that much more. I've never replaced the motor I have. Those 40th Anniversary's are nice as the wing, roof rails, hoods, interior, exterior, wheels, exhaust are different than that of the other models out there.
I own a 2002 poniac grand prix gt its silver. Not sure on the miles but its not as high as the one you have now. It doesn't have tinted windows. Where are you located? I am looking to sell it.
I'm in WI, don't really need the tinted windows either. I'll be looking into the other 2002 not until Friday of this week, this cold I have has been really taking a toll on things I do over the weekend.
