LOOKING TO BUY

Ok. So I used to own a 1986 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, tan "Woody" and loved it.
I sold it back around 1998 or so and have regretted it ever since. I'd love to
consider buying one and use it as a daily driver in a small town where I now
live, however, I'm not ready to spend a ton of money on it. I'm looking to
spend under $10k on a "Woody." Ideally under $5k and then invest in an
engine for reliability? What would I look for? I don't know car maintenance,
and engine work, but am able to do cosmetic repairs as my time allows. What
might you recommend? look for one with no rust, and consider replacing the
engine, etc... if need be? or shop for one ready to drive? I know, kinda vague,
simply interested in investing in a wagoner once again after close to 20 years.
