My rear end of 2003 lincoln navigator wont raise up.

If I had to take a wild guess, I would say that maybe the compressor that fills the bag was affected by the temperature...it may have been weak and with the drop in temp, it failed to run....

If you follow the airlines under the vehicle, if you or someone can get under it, you should be able to find the compressor itself....you could try giving it a few VERY light "love taps" and see if it'll free up and kick on. Sort of like a starter that's going out.
There is a leak in one of the air bags the system has seen a problem and shut them off.

You can take it to the dealer and they can go into it and clear the system and find out which one is bad by running the compressor with the tester and airing the system back up.
