Where is the connection for the scan tool of a Lincoln Navigator 1998?

'98 Lincoln Center console, vertical surface right of vehicle center line or on passenger side of center console may be covered by ashtrays, covers, cup holders, coin holders, etc. They moved it during '98 production year!
