1995 Saturn 1.9 single over head cam has alot of oil on the plug and is blow white smokw out the exhaust

the plugs are brand new a some of them are wet

Sounds like your engine is worn out. It could be a bad head gasket though. Check for oil in the coolant and water in the engine oil.
