Yes I would like to know why oil is on my spark plug

The only way for oil to enter into the combustion chamber is to blow by the rings. How many miles does the vehicle have and has a compression test been done on the cylinders? Is the vehicle blowing bluish/grey smoke out of the exhaust. Sure sign of oil getting past the rings and burning.
