If my mind serves me correct you have the screen display with the radio unit underneath. If the cd stacker has failed you need to remove it from your dash (make sure you disconnect your negative battery cable ) the unit will come out and you can remove the screws from the side be careful not to lose them and should be able to access the "guts" (magazine) in side there and remove them. Handle all parts with care. You should be able to find a replacement unit on ebay be sure to buy the same part number you took out as Nissan (infiniti) has equipped your vehicle to only accept that model of radio. Your Infiniti/Nissan dealer should offer a remanufactured unit if you choose that option for the 3 to 500 dollar price point and will need your old unit as exchange or you will be charged a large core fee. Good luck -Mike (Nissan Service ASM)

Go to YouTube and look it up. I found one that shows you have to remove the unit and to remove the stuck discs. If you have error codes on the unit, it may have to be repaired. Infiniti dealers want $800 plus but you can find a repairer on ebay for less than $200 and it works.
