i have an accord, sometimes when i give it gas wont go then i floor it if finally goes what could it be

it doesnt happen all the time but when i step on the gas it will cut out not die but cut out and not go anywhere then i have to floor it to fix it usually when im going up hill rarely when on a strait away has happened going down hill but rare as well. ive changed the fuel filter and and changing the plug/wires what else could it be

Your transmission is not downshifting when it needs to. Take your car to the mechanic and have them reset the transmission computer. Another possibility would be a bad oxygen sensor in your exhaust piping. This measures the oxygen content in the gasses exiting the engine, allowing the ECU to make correct adjustments to air/fuel ratios, fuel delivery, etc. A new sensor shouldn't cost you more than $150
another problem could be the transmission filter... same thing happened to me... it goes blank when i hit the gas... no shift change... and that was my problem so far.. and maybe more to appear...

maybe a bad ecu... your ecu controls your low rpm's.
