NO START ON 93 ACCORD?HELP!

NO START ON 93 ACCORD? HELP!?

I just recently replaced the distributor, spark plugs and wires...I know it is getting spark and fuel but it still won't start? it will turn over fine but it sounds like it's not even trying to start..thinking it could have something to do with the fuel injectors? any help...any ideas on what I could do to try and figure out the problem would be great!
Additional Details

I unscrewed the banjo bolt that the connects the fuel line to the fuel rail a little bit,,turned it over and it scurted out fuel fine...

check spark positioning sensor, had simlar issues with another vehicle
