90-91 crx intake manifold swap

Asked by Russell Apr 22, 2015 at 08:57 AM about the Honda Civic CRX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

can the intake from a hf work on a dx engine

The manifolds are different due to the differing types of fuel injection. The DX model has "Dual Point" fuel injection, using two injectors. The HF and Si models have true multiple point injectors, one per cylinder. Donor vehicles for another intake manifold would be: 1988-1991 CRX Dx (base) (Look for automatic transmissions) 1988-1991 Civic Hatchback DX (base) 1988-1991 Civic WagoVan (non-all wheel drive)
