Thumping at speed with windows open.

When at highway speed in my Odyssey with windows open I hear what sounds
like tire thumping and feel pressure on my ears. Not there when windows
closed.

You are feeling and hearing the wind turbulence with the windows open. Sometimes a moon roof will do that when a certain combination of windows are open. So feeling pressure on your ears, it probably is not the tires.

It's some weird thing with the air pressure. In my van, it only happens when just the rear windows are open. To stop it, you also have to crack the front windows open as well.
