Check all bulbs as one out can cause the other to not work. Check fuses under dash and under hood. Check bulb sockets for cracks. Check bulb sockets for power, and wires for shorts with voltmeter. Check brake switch by upper brake pedal for those lights, may need a new one of those. Check the light switch to turn the parking lights on. May have to trace back the wries and look for bad spots/breaks or broken wire inside of insulation. Bulb sockets can be bad.
