coolent loss cracked block head gasket ?

resurfaced head new gasket ,rough idle , loosing coolent not sure where internally . is there history of cracks in cyllinder walls? 700 bucks spent still a problem help !

Were all head bolts replaced and set to proper torque to yield specifications ?? Was the HEAD checked for cracks whe the resurfacing was done ??
