transmisssion is leaking fluid

The transfer case went out on my 2013 chevy equinox in Oct. 2017, it was
still under warranty and was fixed, it had 81183 miles on it, now it has a
transmission leak and has 114711miles on it. When it was fixed and I asked
about a warranty the dealership said whatever is left on it, I didn't know what
was left so I had no idea. Is this something the 2013's are noted for and do I
have to pay to have it fixed, I'm very unhappy with this happening again.

Have a local mechanic look it over for you. At 115K miles you have no warranty. Get it looked at ASAP, low fluid is not good in a transmission. You need it to shift properly and it will also increase the transmission temperature possibly burning it up. No need to go back to the dealer and pay the high prices.
