Swapping motor

Question type: Car Customization

Can i take a 2005 malibu classic and put a
351 Cleveland engine in. ?  And of so how
hard would it be.

It would be a ton of work and fabrication work, putting in an old Ford engine into a 2005 Chevy.

No it won't work as you car is front wheel drive. Perhaps opening the hood and taking a look would be of benefit. Also you have no transmission tunnel and no suspension mounting points for a rear differential.

I agree with fast... I have a 96 buick century I'm considering dropping in a 3.4 from the 3.1. Nobody has faith in it but I do.
