I traded a guy from Craigslist a 84 vette for his 75 Monte
Carlo, my title that I gave him was already notarized and
signed and was considered an open title the title he gave
me was not signed after he promised to now he is telling
me he is not going to sign it what should I do?

@tom last night I noticed after I cranked the car up that it was smoking and for some reason it's only visible in the dark, it's not steam either it was burning oil so the next morning I tried to call the guy and he wouldn't answer and I texted him about the car and what was going on he starts saying that I did something to it that the car was a1 when he traded me so I said I really need you to come down here and sign the title over as you promised so I can do something with the car, he literally start cussing at me saying I'm really pissing him off and eventually goes on to say that he's not signing over the title

He starts calling me white trash and also says black lives matter hoe, I have screenshots of the text. I mean he really just starts acting retarded saying he got what he wanted f the Monte Carlo all kinds of stuff
