2001 Chevy blazer. Won’t start because of lack of fuel in throttle body.

Asked by Superharley Dec 16, 2018 at 06:26 PM about the Chevrolet S-10 Blazer

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My blazer won’t start unless I pour
fuel or ether in the throttle body then
it runs fine. I’ve checked and the fuel
pump makes noise when I turn on the
key but it won’t spray in the throttle
body. But If I put fuel or starting fluid
in it it fires right up and runs fine. I’m
at a lose any advice?

1 Answer

I tried to do the turn the key on for 5 sec thing then off and back on to start and it didn’t make any difference
