Engine dying when put under load can be many different things. When did you change spark plugs and wires. Also, look for a vacuum leak.

Yeah I change distributor cap rotor fuel filter O2 sensor spark plugs wires it runs great when at a stop sign while left and drive the check engine light will come on but when I drive off it turns off . I'm guessing you two transmissions probably dirty as hell never checked it never changed it

is it possible if I clean the transmission oil and filter it would run better maybe I can fix it or what I just need to change the torque converter

all right guys I've changed every sensor in my V8 Chevy Silverado sidestep and can't come up with anything idle air control valve throttle position sensor O2 sensor every sensor temperature sensor fuel filter distributor cap rotor spark plugs or coil air filter are Pvc valve and the check engine light code 35 still pops up what do you guys think that could be only at stop signs and then when I drive it turns off and goes away but when I'm parked at an idle it'll come on
