1994 chevy Silverado no fuel to throttle

Check for power and ground at fuel pump disconnect . Do you hear the fuel pump when you hit the key ? I replaced all the fuel lines when I had a problem because of rust . Napy had the filter up and linestogocom had the back end , I think napys pump has a crummy sending unit because my gauge floats .
