the rear end is leaking and I can't get the plug out and I noticed a vacuum in the top of the housing and I was wondering if I could put some oil through that hole

How are you going to know you have the right amount of oil in there? That hose is usually a vent to equalize pressure.

I have to put a new seal on it and I just want to get some oil in it because I need it to goto work ,then I will fix it when I get payed,just wondering if oil would go into the rear end cavity through that hole

probably not. air would have to be coming out of the tube at the same time you are trying to put oil in.
