Thought that to T_S_T but seeing they say it starts right back up a clogged converter would have to set for a bit to let it cool off before it starts again. I think that is a question to ask Impulse _902 does the vehicle start right back up after cutting off or do you have to wait a few minutes before starting again ?

Yes. The first thing I changed was the oxygen sensor Had a code # 13. Still had same issue. But then it will not start. Could get it to turn over and run, As long as I had my foot in it. Then changed the fuel pump. Still. same prob. I am not getting fuel to the tbi. Tested fuel relay works fine. Replaced IAC. Following instructions and reset emc. Still will only start and run if I have my foot in it. Am also having white smoke comming from both tail pipes while I do have it started and can smell fuel really strong. Tested the map sensor No difference. Except I did get a code # 34. Reset system Now only code # 12. Dont think its the map. Have also checked all fuel fuses and I am getting spark from the coil and cylindersIm stumped. I hope I do not have to check the fuel pump pressure. Its new, And I can hear both relay and pump working. I really dont think its the cad, I had duel exhaust put on a bout a yr ago.It Has really got me stumped.

If you you have to hold the gas pedal to the floor to keep it running I am going to agree with T_S_T have your catalytic converter checked
