Random miss

I got a 03 Chevy silverado with 4.3 has a
miss at idle when you drive won't do 10mph
when stomp to floor gets loud and still
doesn't gain speed gets worse only pulls up
random misfire changed cap rotor, mass air
flow,plugs,wires,coil. Any ideas
