Random misfire

I have a 2000 Chevy 1500 with a 4.3. I replaced the intake
manifold gasket. And I started getting a random misfire
code so I replaced the injection system, the distributor,
the plugs and plug wires, the coil and all that this has
done is made the light come on more. While you are
driving the light does flash and then the light stay on

I’ve had the exact same issue and have also changed the same parts to no avail. I am now onto changing the coil pack. I’ve brought my truck to 4 mechanics and they can’t find the problem either. I’ll let you know if the coil pack does the job, it’s only $25 on EBay for the acdelco original oem part.
