after an engin swap in my 2005 gmc 2500 low beam head lights don"t work ac blows hot transmission don"t change gears

Did you pull on the wiring harness and disconnect something while ding the engine swap ?, Did you recharge the A/C system in the past few years, Did you check to see if you reconnected the transmission vacuum diaphragm line to the manifold vacuum after the engine swap ? And if you did reconnect it, When was the last time you changed the "vacuum modulator" on the transmission ?
