Question type: Car Customization

I have a 04 dodge dakota with a 4.7 v8 and a
aoutamatic trans but I wanna a standard truck..my
buddy has a 03 I think dakota eith a v6 and stick
shift..would the v6 trans bolt on my truck?

It will. All 2nd and 3rd gen Dakota/Durango engines and transmissions have the same bellhousing bolt pattern. Just make sure the manual on the V6 is rated for the power output of the 4.7
