Plagiarized and pasted from Judge Roy beans answer to the same question; "...as long as it's doin' the towin'~been told by experts that the transmission will be unhappy, even if placed in neutral, my thinking is this is nonsense, can do neutral till the cow's come home-" ...end quote. I however agree 100%
Read the owner's manual. IF the transfer case can be placed in neutral, it may be possible. Without neutral, the answer is plain no. Even in neutral, the output shaft will will be turning, but the pump will not be, and that will over heat the fluid quickly.
I would check the owners manual, the dealer and a Dodge forum full of owners. Maybe even a RV forum. I did find a RV towing guide from a site that sells vehicle tow bars. (http://www.readybrake.com/towing-guide.html). They have a Ready Brake Fit List (http://www.readybrake.com/fitlist.html) that shows a Duragngo.
