Vehicle in auto shop for 3 weeks

Leasing a Dodge Ram, I’ve had it for a month and a
half and it’s been in the shop for 3 weeks now. They
keep telling me it’s an 18 hour job, but they said
that last week on Monday. What should I do about
this? The communication is so unprofessional and
they keep dismissing my questions and I’m Still
paying for it while not using it

Because it's a leased vehicle there's not much you can do other than take it to another shop. You're not covered by The Lemon Law. Sorry! Jim
