2014 Dodge Ram Hemi won't turn on?

My 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi won't turn on but
once I connect the computer to the truck it turns on
& is by plugging in a computer to clear out the
codes until the truck turns on. It's so weird so I'm
wondering if it ever happen to anyone and how did
you fixed it ?
