Dodge Ram Van 1500 2001 Front Tire toed out? How to manually adjust one side???

Your alignment really shouldnt change too much. Something may be worn out or bent. I would definately inspect the front end. Ball joints and tie rod ends are very common for excessive play. The adjustment can be found by following the outer tie rod end toward the center of vehicle. There is a sleeve connecting the inner and outer tie rod ends. loosen the 2 bolts on sleeve and turn sleeve. Good luck

I personally, would not try to manually adjust the front end unless I had an alignment machine. You can adjust the tie rod end but without a proper machine you are risking your and your family's lives, not to mention the countless people on the road. Go to a proper alignment shop and get the job done right. It is an 11 year old vehicle and depending on when the last alignment was done, you probably need some work done on the front end.
