2000 ram 1500 5.2 cranks but wont start

replaced cap, rotor, ignition coil, iac. eng cranks sometimes starts sometimes doesn't. come to a stop and it tries to die. when you stop cranking then eng tries to start. no fault codes. fuel pressure koeo is 30 psi, koer is 48 psi fuel pressure present when it wont start. map sensor has 5vref koeo wont start

Not much left besides the pcm. Do you have a scanner so you could check to see if the pcm is seein rpm signal?

I borrowed a scanner, yes it is reading rpm. another question, the map reading at idle is 37 when I rev the eng to 3200 and let off the throttle the reading drops at 3200 to 17 then to 13 and then to 11. is that normal

I have a 2000 dodge ram the problem is when start it up and run it then go back in turn it off then try to start back up it's won't start up what should do to fix it
