Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2000 dodge ram 1500 5.9L started running rough and bogging down suddenly on the way home from work a week ago. I have since then replaced the spark plugs and wires, the distributor cap and rotor, mas airflow sensor, coil, and both O2 sensors and its still running rough and won't stay idleing now. I have no idea what to do now. Any advice or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Or you could have lost compression on the engine from a cracked head. your problem sounds just like what happened to me on my 2000 Ram 1500 same truck as yours. My heads ended up being cracked in several places. And we figured it out after I had a mechanic friend of mine run a compression check on it after I replaced all the same things you just listed you replaced.
