My 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 4x2 starts off like its pulling a trailer

so first,  my truck battery died and the acid ate through some of the wires,  got the terminals replaced and it started but the truck starts off very slow and it make a weird noise while driving, .  had a used transmission put in and it still does the same thing,  the auto repair shop cannot figure it out,  and there are 4 lights on in my dash,  engine , abs, airbag , and mainanence light.  Do you have any suggestions on what it can be

Make sure all the melted wires are repaired also each time light kicks it sends code to the pcm have it scanned and go from there...that is where I would start.. hope this helps
